How long does my order take to ship?

As our jewellery is often made to order, your polymer clay order will be dispatched within 5-7 working days of final sale. Recycled silver pieces can take up to 5-14 working days to ship. Pieces made using the lost wax casting method will have processing times listed under the product. Free UK delivery is second class in order to reduce air miles and be as environmentally conscious as possible, however a first class upgrade is of course possible for those last minute gifts! Do you offer international shipping? 

We ship worldwide - just select your country at checkout. Please remember that your country may charge you taxes for importing a product from the UK. Any customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer, please check the rules and laws in your country before purchasing.

US Customers ~ Effective as of 29th August 2025, there will no longer be a de minimis exemption for goods entering the United States, which means items sent are likely to be subject to tariffs. Orders sent to the US will now be shipped with DPD, who will provide you with a payment link via email to pay for tariffs when your parcel is dispatched.

European Customers ~ Due to Brexit, packages heading to Europe may now be subject to import tax depending on your country’s rules and laws. To avoid this, you’re welcome to place your order on my Etsy shop where tax is added during checkout.

What is your return policy? 

We don’t accept returns for hygiene purposes, but in the unlikely event that your jewellery arrives and doesn’t meet the high standard you’d expect, or is damaged in any way, please don’t hesitate to let us know within 28 days of placing the order and we’ll be happy to work something out with you.
